2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Local Delivery (City Area): 1–3 days

  • Within State: 2–5 days

  • All India Delivery: 4–8 days

Please note:

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

  • Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for bulk orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment directly using the provided link.

5. Packaging & Safety

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is not received or the address is incorrect:

  • The package may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s cost.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, opened, or tampered package:

  • Please record a video while opening the package.

  • Report to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos/videos as proof.

We will quickly assist with replacement or support as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Guptchar is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Recipient not available

  • Wrong pincode

Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
