1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product, model, or quantity.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Body-Worn Cameras (if used)

  • Breath Alcohol Detectors (if seal is opened)

  • Walkie-Talkies (if paired/used)

  • CCTV Systems or Electronic Devices that show installation marks

  • Consumables, batteries, accessories

  • Products purchased during clearance sale or special discounts

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation


3. Replacement Policy

If your product meets the return criteria, we will provide a replacement for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Technical faults

  • Damaged-in-transit items

Replacements are subject to inspection by our technical team.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Replacement is not available

  • The returned product passes quality inspection

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Phone / Email with your order number.

  2. Share clear photos or videos of the defect/damage.

  3. Our support team will verify and approve the request.

  4. You must pack the item securely and hand it over to the assigned courier partner.


6. Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Burnt circuits

  • Misuse or unauthorized repairs
